To support and further ensure excellent services to our clients, we are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager/Account Manager Water EMEA (m/f/t).
As Customer Success Manager/Account Manager Water EMEA, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and coordinate and manage our services to ensure customer satisfaction.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
In this role, you will report directly to the EMEA Lead Water and your responsibilities will include:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customers to appropriately manage existing clients
- Help assure clients’ compliance with certification requirements and timely support to achieve certification
- Accountable for quotes and the client’s post-sale experience from implementation, adoption through expansion
- Nurture client relationships
- Internal coordination with all stakeholders (business units, lab, technical reviewers, etc.)
- Identify and procure new business or cross-selling opportunities with assigned customer
- Develop client-specific solutions based on client needs
- Trend analysis to maintain good understanding of technologies used in assigned market area as well as to identify areas of improvementQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimal 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role preferably in a services industry
- Technical background is a plus
- Understanding of regulatory affairs or willingness to learn
- Committed to service excellence

- English mandatory (working environment language), any other languages is a plus

- Willingness and ability to travel (approx. 20%)
